Standard Shipping Policy:
At crackshotfirearms.com we try to make sure we use a $15.00 flat shipping rate is charged on all firearms. This excludes shipping to AK, HI, and US Territories. The minimum $15 shipping charge will cover most accessory orders. When possible, multiple small accessories will be shipped in the same order. However, because certain accessories are drop shipped from various warehouses, the shipping rates may increase based on location, resulting in an increase to the flat shipping charge. If you would like to review the total shipping charges for your order, click “checkout” to preview the order. You can preview the order including the ship to address and the shipping charge before you click to confirm your order. The shipping and handling charge covers the cost of standard shipping. If you require expedited shipping, the shipping fees will be greater.
We use a combination of shipping carriers depending on the type of item purchased as well as the State the item is being shipped. Most handguns are shipped 2nd Day Air, with all other items typically shipped Ground. Please note that all lead times are estimates. Orders process and ship within 3-7 business days upon receipt of full payment and a valid FFL if applicable. For items only available at distribution or other sources, the ship time may be up to 10 business days. For items only available at the manufacturer, the lead-time may be a few weeks or longer– depending on availability.
All shipping charges are applicable to the lower 48 States. If you are outside of this area, please email us for a quote prior to purchase. All Powder and Primer orders will incur an additional $40 hazardous shipping fee. This fee will be billed separately from your initial order. Powder and Primers CAN NOT be shipped in the same order. A hazardous shipping fee will apply to each order. Oversized accessories, this does not apply to firearms, may incur an extra shipping charge. If you have a question on shipping charges, please ask and we will be happy to let you know prior to making the purchase.

Shipping a Firearm – FFL’S AND Transfers
We will ONLY transfer ownership of a firearm to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means we cannot ship directly to you unless you are an FFL holder. If you do not hold a valid FFL, we will transfer your purchased firearm to your choice of a licensed gun dealer in your state.
Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transfer fee at the time you pick up your purchase. This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. Please check with your local dealer concerning their policies. You do not pay crackshotfirearms.com the transfer fee.
Some items, such as handguns and ammunition, may not be legal to ship to your State. Please check local and state laws prior to purchasing. It is YOUR responsibility to check your local laws prior to placing an order.
I understand it is my full responsibility to make sure the firearm, ammunition or accessory I am purchasing is legal for me to own in my state or jurisdiction.
